## Title: Legal Secretary
Role Objective
A medium-sized law firm headquartered in Nairobi seeks a qualified secretary to enhance operational efficiency and support senior management in delivering business development initiatives.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise junior staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Prepare bids, tenders, proposals, and presentations to support business development timelines
- Handle all correspondence via mail, phone calls, and other communication channels
- Manage administrative and secretarial duties
- Prepare administrative and operational reports
- Oversee office utility bills, ensure timely payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Organize meetings, office events, and industry-relevant activities
- Serve as key liaison between the office and stakeholders including government authorities, suppliers, clients, and staff
- Organize and maintain the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings proactively and efficiently
- Prepare meeting briefs, minutes, and reports
- Provide administrative support to the Partner as required
- Represent the Partner and management in meetings as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
