About the Role
Fincorp Credit Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders to build organisational capability, enhance performance, and promote a strong culture of continuous learning. This role will be responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of effective learning and development initiatives aligned to business priorities.
Role Purpose
To design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that support workforce development and drive organisational capability while fostering a culture of continuous learning across all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver learning and development programs aligned to organisational priorities
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop targeted learning solutions to address capability gaps
- Partner with leaders to identify training gaps and support strategic and operational workforce development
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs using feedback and performance data
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support learning and development needs
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in learning and development or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organisational skills
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs using a range of learning methods
- Analytical, resilient, and able to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel as required
