Laundry Attendant with Motorbike Riding Licence at Nani Employee Leasing Company (Nani EL)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and reliable individual to work as a Laundry Attendant. The successful candidate will be in charge of delivering and collecting laundry from clients using a company motorbike, and will also assist in daily laundry operations when not on delivery runs.

Key Responsibilities

Motorbike Rider Duties (30%)

• Safely and timely collect and deliver laundry from and to customers
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery
• Ensure parcels are handled with care and properly secured
• Maintain delivery logs and obtain customer signatures upon delivery or collection
• Keep the motorbike clean, fueled, and in good working condition
• Report any maintenance issues or accidents immediately

Laundry Attendant Duties (70%)

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes and other laundry items
• Tag and record customer items accurately
• Monitor machine performance and basic maintenance (e.g., cleaning lint filters)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry workspace
• Assist customers at the front desk if required
• Report any damaged or missing items

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Kenyan Rider's License (Class F/G)
• Minimum 1 year experience in motorbike delivery
• Basic knowledge or experience in laundry/cleaning services preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized
• Physically fit and able to lift medium-weight laundry
