Kitchen Stewards/Waiter

Key Responsibilities: - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, utensils, and equipment. - Wash, dry, and store dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware. - Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies. - Dispose of kitchen waste following health and safety guidelines. - Support the kitchen team in basic food preparation and plating as needed. - Ensure compliance with hospital infection prevention and control standards. - Assist in serving meals to our clients - Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor. - Any other duty as may be assigned Skills: - Knowledge of infection control, hygiene standards, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals. - Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions accurately. - Good communication skills and a compassionate, respectful attitude toward patients. - Physically fit KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - K.C.S.E certificate or equivalent qualification. - Certificate or training in hospitality - Prior experience in a hospital, mental health facility, or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
