## Title: Key Accounts Manager
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Key Accounts Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic business development.
Core Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and ensure 100% distribution across all stores with excellence in 5P execution
- Manage all key account contacts, conduct top-to-top meetings, and address matters arising optimally
- Develop, administer, and execute the Annual Joint Business Plan including targets, rebates, and customer activity grids to achieve account business goals
- Service key accounts and branches effectively, including managing branch-to-center orders, store merchandising standards, product training, credit control, and debt collections
- Implement account growth plans and build strong client relationships through effective internal process management
- Secure store and chain data, conduct analytics to surface actionable insights, and leverage findings with clients to close gaps and capitalize on opportunities
- Deliver competitive advantage through chain and store promotions, temporary price reductions, and strategic communications
- Train and support staff to ensure they can effectively implement account strategy, terms and conditions, and best practices
- Implement class-of-trade strategies for each brand and SKU to maximize advantage
- Monitor channel developments including customer liquidity risks and competitor activity, keeping the business informed of risks and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with agreed trading terms, company policies, and governance standards across all assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university
- Minimum six years' experience in progressive sales roles with increasing responsibility
- Experience in a multinational environment (preferred)
