Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Junior School teacher to deliver engaging instruction in English and Christian Religious Education (CRE). The successful candidate will create a dynamic learning environment that supports students' academic and spiritual development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in English and CRE in accordance with the approved curriculum
• Develop subject-specific schemes of work, lesson plans, and instructional materials to support effective teaching and learning
• Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning styles and academic needs of all learners
• Provide clear explanations of concepts, supported by practical activities and real-life examples to enhance learner understanding and engagement
• Collaborate with fellow subject teachers and the curriculum coordinator to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects and assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Primary Teacher Education with relevant subject area specialization
• At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience
• Valid TSC (Teachers Service Commission) registration number
• Valid certificate of good conduct
