What You’ll Be Doing - Sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals - Conducting initial phone interviews - Coordinating interviews with hiring managers - Updating and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Participating in job fairs and recruitment events - Providing administrative support throughout the hiring process - Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience What We’re Looking For - At least one year of experience as a Recruiter. - C2 English level required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn Check how your CV aligns with this job
