About the Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Office Manager to serve as our Culture Ambassador. You will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures across our Kenya offices in Nairobi and Mombasa. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment while providing high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. You will ensure the smooth running of the office and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, landlord, catering, and security services
- Provide support to the facilities coordinator for maintenance vendor escalation
- Ensure correct vendor accountability
- Support in-house events, celebrations, and conferences
- Detect and resolve office-related issues
- Maintain a great working environment
