Inventory (Stock) / Receivables Accountant – Agribusiness at Skills Geographic Kenya (SGK)

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. - A busy and respected company supplying animal health products, animal feeds, crop inputs, and farmer training is seeking a detail-oriented and qualified Inventory & Receivables Accountant to manage stock, receivables, and financial compliance. Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field - CPA (K) qualification - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a busy manufacturing or trading company - Experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution is an added advantage - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong organizational, multitasking, and team collaboration skills Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate and timely sales/banking reconciliations and compliance reports - Handle distributor invoicing at the head office - Manage debtors reports and reconcile accounts receivables ledgers - Ensure compliance with the company’s credit policy - Process stock GRVs, coordinate quarterly stock takes, and manage stock purchase requisitions - Reconcile inventory general ledger control accounts - Perform bank reconciliations for Equity and M-Pesa C2B accounts - Salary & Benefits - KSh 80,000 – 100,000 - Plus Generous Company Benefits Check how your CV aligns with this job
