Inventory Officer

This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Codirect Courier & Fulfilment Center is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Officer to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock records, monitoring inventory movement, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately record all inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and dispatch. - Conduct regular stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciliations. - Monitor inventory levels and promptly report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. - Update inventory systems and prepare periodic inventory reports. - Work closely with warehouse, fulfilment, and operations teams to ensure smooth stock flow. - Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound goods. - Support internal and external audits and comply with inventory control policies. - Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of inventory to minimize loss or damage. Required Qualifications: & Requirements - Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement or a related field. - 1–3 years’ experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics. - Basic understanding of inventory systems and stock control procedures. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory software. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Added Advantage - Previous experience in a courier, logistics, or fulfilment company. - Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock audits.
