Insurance Underwriter

Our client in the security sector is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Underwriter to support risk assessment and insurance-related operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and evaluate insurance risks related to security operations, assets, and personnel. - Review insurance applications, proposals, and supporting documentation. - Recommend appropriate coverage terms, premiums, and conditions. - Liaise with insurers, brokers, and internal departments on underwriting matters. - Prepare underwriting reports and maintain accurate records. - Ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related field. - Previous underwriting or insurance experience (security sector is an added advantage). - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Good communication and report-writing skills. - Computer literacy and attention to detail.
