Institutional Advancement and Partnerships Manager

About the Role

The Institutional Advancement and Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, diversifying, and securing sustainable partnerships and resources. This includes lead generation, proposal development, donor relations, and the cultivation of strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Institutional Advancement Strategy
• Manage partnerships and strategic alliances
• Write grants and develop proposals
• Generate alternative revenue streams
• Engage stakeholders across the institution
• Prepare and deliver reports on advancement activities and outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven track record of at least 5–7 years of demonstrable success in resource mobilization, fundraising, or business development, preferably within the higher education or international development sectors
• Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field
• Strong existing network of local and international donors, corporate partners, and foundations
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across academic and administrative departments
