Installation Supervisor- Nairobi

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Installation Supervisor to manage installation operations and oversee a team of installers in Nairobi. This role is central to ensuring successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dispatch to schedule daily appointments for installers
• Coordinate transportation of materials and equipment to customer premises
• Ensure 100% job completion as scheduled by installers
• Track job ticket status to close leads and monitor progress
• Manage installer clusters to achieve minimum target of 2 installations per day
• Approve additional installation materials beyond standard kits or collect additional payments from customers
• Ensure all installers have KYC kits for customer onboarding and toolboxes for physical installation work
• Coordinate collection of accessories and devices from assigned stock pickup points as needed
• Reconcile inventory and accessories picked versus deployed by installers
• Track daily team attendance at gate meetings and prospect logging requirements
• Monitor lead closure and installation fulfillment metrics
• Design route plans (PJP) within assigned territory
• Conduct daily gate meetings with assigned installers to ensure compliance with operational governance
• Reconcile paid tickets not fulfilled within 24 hours and contact customers or installation leadership for closure
• Prepare and submit daily reports of completed work with corresponding timesheets
• Approve refunds or returns for failed customer acceptance of installations
• Supervise task completion within allocated timeframes
• Onboard and train new installers
• Conduct performance management and evaluations of installer team

Required Qualifications

• Technical, electrical, networking qualification or equivalent
• Professional qualification in Project Management Techniques
• IT literacy (business education is an added advantage)
• Ability to operate effectively in a performance-driven organization
• Strong troubleshooting skills
