Installation Supervisor- Mombasa

About the Role

This vacancy presents an opportunity to join a leading organization in a supervisory capacity, overseeing installation operations and managing installer teams to achieve daily performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dispatch to schedule daily appointments for installers
• Manage transportation of materials and equipment to customer premises
• Ensure 100% successful job ticket completion as scheduled
• Track and close job ticket status to manage leads effectively
• Manage installer clusters to ensure minimum objective of 2 installations per day
• Approve additional installation materials beyond standard kit or collect additional payments from customers
• Ensure all installers have KYC Kits for customer onboarding and toolboxes for physical installation work
• Manage accessories and device collection from assigned stock pickup points
• Reconcile inventory and accessories picked versus deployed by installers
• Track daily team member attendance at gate meetings and prospects logged
• Monitor lead closure and installation fulfillment metrics
• Design route plans (PJP) within territory and conduct daily gate meetings with assigned installers to ensure governance metrics
• Reconcile paid tickets not fulfilled within 24 hours and contact customers/installation head for closure
• Prepare and submit daily reports of work completed with corresponding timesheets
• Sign off on returns and refunds for failed customer installation acceptance
• Supervise task completion within allocated timeframes
• Onboard and train new installers
• Conduct performance management of installer team

Required Qualifications

• Networks, Technical, Electrical, or equivalent qualification
• Professional Qualification in Project Management Techniques
• IT Literacy and business education (advantageous)
• Ability to operate effectively in a performance-driven organization
• Strong troubleshooting skills
