## Title: Imports and Office Administrator

About Us

We are an established company specializing in the importation and supply of high-quality hospitality products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Imports and Logistics

  • Manage end-to-end import processes
  • Prepare and submit all necessary import documentation
  • Ensure timely payment of import duties, taxes, and related fees
  • Achieve compliance with Kenyan import regulations, trade agreements, and customs procedures

Office Administration

  • Manage office administrative duties including company insurance policies, outsourced supplier contracts, safety and health, and maintenance and repair contracts
  • Oversee Internet network connection and procurement
  • Manage records and documentation systems
  • Ensure compliance with government bodies and timely renewal of business licenses and permits
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations with key government agencies and stakeholders for smooth administration of company operations

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding
  • Proven experience of 2+ years in import coordination, logistics management, and office administration
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills
  • Business acumen and hands-on approach
