## Title: Imports and Office Administrator

We are an established company specializing in the importation and supply of high-quality hospitality products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Imports and Logistics
- Manage end-to-end import processes
- Prepare and submit all necessary import documentation
- Ensure timely payment of import duties, taxes, and related fees
- Achieve compliance with Kenyan import regulations, trade agreements, and customs procedures
Office Administration
- Manage office administrative duties including company insurance policies, outsourced supplier contracts, safety and health, and maintenance and repair contracts
- Oversee Internet network connection and procurement
- Manage records and documentation systems
- Ensure compliance with government bodies and timely renewal of business licenses and permits
- Develop partnerships and collaborations with key government agencies and stakeholders for smooth administration of company operations
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding
- Proven experience of 2+ years in import coordination, logistics management, and office administration
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Business acumen and hands-on approach
