## Title: Human Resources Intern
Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft memos, letters, and reports
- Review job descriptions and prepare job advertisements
- Organize staff induction and onboarding programs
- Process salaries, allowances, benefits, and final dues
- Update human resource information systems data
- Undertake training needs analysis, projections, and develop training programs
- Implement human resource management policies, regulations, procedures, and systems
- Support recruitment processes
- Process payroll
- Support implementation of training programs
- Handle personnel grievances and related matters
- Coordinate staff separation processes
- Disseminate internal communications to staff in a timely manner
- Participate in disciplinary processes
- Handle inquiries in the HR office promptly and courteously
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- 0–6 months of experience in a similar position
- Good understanding and practical knowledge of various employment laws
- Computer/IT proficiency
- Own laptop
