## Title: Guest Relations Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a warm, polished, and service-oriented Guest Relations Executive to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury spa environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that every guest feels valued, relaxed, and well taken care of — from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and client follow-ups efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Provide information about spa services, products, and promotions to clients
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with therapists and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance in all guest areas
- Process client payments, issue receipts, and assist with administrative duties
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, courteous, and confident in handling guests
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using booking or POS systems
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain calm under pressure
