Graphic Designer

An established company is recruiting for the following position. ROLE PURPOSE - Create, manage, and publish high-quality visual content that supports sales, branding, and marketing goals, with clear ownership, efficiency, and measurable output. Key Responsibilities: - Capture and edit professional photos/videos of products, vehicles, installations, and events in liaison with Production Supervisors. - Design marketing materials (social media creatives, brochures, flyers, ads) strictly as per brand guidelines. - Maintain a well-organized digital library of all images and design files on the server (chronological, labeled). - Post and schedule content on social media in coordination with Marketing; support boosting and campaigns. - Create and execute weekly, monthly, and annual content calendars and ensure full adherence. - Support website updates, product launches, and dealer promotions with visual content. - Track performance of content (engagement, reach) and submit regular reports. - Submit daily work-done and time-usage reports to ensure productivity and efficiency. - Ensure proper care, storage, and availability of all photography and design equipment. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) - 100% adherence to approved content calendars - Daily work and time-usage reports submitted on time - Content delivered within agreed timelines (no backlog) - Zero brand guideline deviations - Complete, searchable, and updated photo/design archive at all times - Consistent improvement in social media engagement and campaign performance - Zero loss or misplacement of digital or photo assets
