General Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business strategy, growth, and market expansion - Ensure full compliance with CBK regulations, AML/CFT, and data protection - Oversee operations, service delivery, and system reliability - Build strategic partnerships with banks, MNOs, fintechs, and government entities - Lead high-performing cross-functional teams - Oversee product innovation across payment APIs, collections, disbursements, wallets, and IMT services - Manage financial performance, risk, and profitability Required Qualifications: & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - 10+ years’ experience in fintech, payments, banking, or digital financial services - 7+ years in senior leadership roles within a regulated environment - Proven experience scaling payment or digital financial services - MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage
