Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, including on-site catering events and service at different locations
• Manage, train, and supervise service teams, ensuring consistent standards across all deployment points
• Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring timely delivery, quality service, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health compliance in line with company standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow during events and daily operations
• Handle client communication, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Prepare and submit reports on event performance and operational efficiency to management

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in hospitality management, with exposure to events management
• Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple teams across different locations
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
