Our client and Italian Restaurant is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Controller to oversee cost control, inventory, purchasing, and financial reporting for all F&B operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in restaurant or hotel cost management. Key Responsibilities - Monitor, control, and analyze food & beverage costs, yields, and wastage - Maintain recipe costing, portion control, and standard cost systems - Conduct stock counts and reconciliations across bar, kitchen, and stores - Verify F&B receiving, transfers, breakages, and consumption reports - Work closely with procurement to ensure cost-efficient purchasing - Review and approve purchase requests, pricing, and supplier invoices - Prepare weekly & monthly F&B cost reports for management review - Investigate variances between system stock and actual inventory - Ensure compliance with internal controls, HACCP, and audit standards - Support menu engineering, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis Qualifications & Experience - Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality, or related field - Minimum 2–4 years F&B cost control experience in a hotel or restaurant group - Knowledge of inventory, and cost control systems  - Strong Excel and reporting skills - Experience in recipe costing and food cost analysis is mandatory Check how your CV aligns with this job
