## Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

An established company is recruiting for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead strategic financial planning and drive company growth.

Lead strategic financial planning, annual budgeting, and long-term forecasting to guide company growth
Build dynamic financial models and run scenario analyses to support smart business decisions
Prepare clear, insightful reports and dashboards for investors, management, and the Board
Partner with Sales, Credit, Product, and Operations teams to evaluate new initiatives and improve profitability
Support key projects such as fundraising, product launches, and market expansion with solid financial analysis

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred)
6-10 years of FP&A, strategy, or corporate finance experience, ideally in FinTech
Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
Proven ability to translate complex data insights for senior leaders and investors
Advanced Excel and financial systems skills; BI tools and reporting experience preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills with Board and investor experience
