REQUIREMENTS  - Shop Easy, Smile Often - Minimum of 5 years in a financial leadership role in the retail industry. - Proven analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills; timely financial reporting, risk analysis and mitigation measure implementation, budgeting, cash flow projections and management. - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
