This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Lead, based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Finance Lead will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring sound decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance with accounting and financial regulations. The role plays a critical part in driving the financial health and strategic direction of the organization. Required Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Finance and Financial Statements management - Proven knowledge and experience in Accounting practices - Excellent Analytical Skills for financial planning, budgeting, and decision-making - Outstanding Communication skills for teamwork and effective presentation of financial information - Experience with financial software and tools is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and meet deadlines
