About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with taxation laws, manage accurate financial reporting, and oversee all financial operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns (VAT, PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, etc.)
• Maintain proper financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards
• Prepare periodic financial reports and assist in budget planning
• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and relevant authorities on financial matters
• Provide financial insights to guide management decisions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA (K) or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• Proven experience in a courier, logistics, or fulfillment company
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills with an A Plain in Mathematics at KCSE
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
