Kenya Builders & Concrete Co. Ltd seeks a dedicated Field Sales Representative to drive business development and customer relationships in the construction materials sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management and client engagement
• Sales and Business Development activities
• Product Education and Training for clients
• Project Coordination and Support
• Reporting and Analysis of sales performance

Key Deliverables

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and business development goals
• Maintain and improve customer relationships, ensuring retention and quality service to new and existing clients
• Comply with departmental processes and procedures
• Develop timely and accurate sales reports to facilitate informed decision-making
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of all opportunities within assigned sales routes

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry

Key Skills and Competencies

• Experience selling construction materials to home developers and contractors, with ability to engage with architects and engineers
• Strong understanding of home construction processes, materials, and building techniques
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
