Field Sales Executive - Packaging and Labels Industry

Position Overview

Our client in the packaging and labels industry is seeking a Field Sales Executive to create new business opportunities, manage and grow current customer accounts, and provide customized packaging and labeling solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term customer satisfaction within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and actively seek new sales prospects in the packaging and labels sector
• Contact current and potential clients to demonstrate products, describe features, and request orders
• Conduct market research to gain insight into market trends and identify potential clients
• Establish and maintain a strong pool of clients
• Develop and deliver compelling sales strategies, ideas, and presentations tailored to client needs
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
• Build and preserve long-term client relationships, understand their needs, and provide ongoing support
• Maintain accurate records of consigned goods and liaise with finance and stores departments as needed
• Adhere to all relevant company policies, rules, licenses, and authorizations
• Communicate regularly with dispatch and customer service to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and distribute sales dashboards and reports to the sales team and senior management
• Utilize sales technologies and tools to improve the sales process
• Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and execute successful sales strategies

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the packaging and labels industry
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
