## Title: Field Sales Executive - FMCG
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Periodically visit retail outlets, wholesalers, supermarkets and other customer locations within designated regions to increase sales prospects, comprehend customer needs and offer customized product solutions
- Effectively plan and organize sales visits to optimize coverage of assigned locations
- Determine the territory's market categories and identify potential customers
- Collaborate with customer service, supply chain management and marketing departments to coordinate sales activities with product accessibility, marketing campaigns and customer support
- Maintain thorough records of orders, customer contacts and sales activities
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to inform managers of developments, obstacles and opportunities
- Negotiate with customers regarding prices, terms and conditions to obtain mutually beneficial sales agreements
- Serve as a brand ambassador by educating customers about product features, advantages and applications through product demonstrations
- Gather and present market data analytics including pricing, competitor activities and customer feedback
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards while maintaining high levels of professionalism and presentation
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in FMCG products
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Adaptability and strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and knowledge of sales reporting tools
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
