## Title: Field Sales Executive - FMCG

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for driving sales across assigned territories through direct engagement with retail outlets, wholesalers, and key customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Periodically visit retail outlets, wholesalers, supermarkets and other customer locations within designated regions to increase sales prospects, comprehend customer needs and offer customized product solutions
  • Effectively plan and organize sales visits to optimize coverage of assigned locations
  • Identify the territory's market categories and potential customers
  • Collaborate with customer service, supply chain management and marketing departments to coordinate sales activities with product accessibility, marketing campaigns and customer support
  • Maintain thorough records of orders, customer contacts and sales activities
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to inform managers of developments, obstacles and opportunities
  • Negotiate with customers regarding prices, terms and conditions to obtain mutually beneficial sales agreements
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by educating customers about product features, advantages and applications through product demonstrations
  • Gather and present market data analytics including competitor activities, pricing trends and customer feedback
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical standards while maintaining a high level of professionalism and presentation

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in FMCG products
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and knowledge of sales reporting tools
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
