## Title: Field Sales Agent - Meru
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate sales orders and manage the process through to delivery and payment
- Source new sales opportunities and expand the company's client base within your territory
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Maintain expert knowledge of product inventory and specifications
- Monitor market competition and best practices to provide the best service to clients
Qualifications
- Kenyan citizen, aged 25 years or above
- Proven passion for sales with a track record of achieving targets
- Self-starter able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Adept at identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Organized with strong record-keeping abilities
- Own and proficient with an Android smartphone
