Field Sales Agent - Kawangware at Amplus International Ltd

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Field Sales Agent to join our team in Kawangware. In this role, you will drive sales growth by generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery within your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate sales orders and manage the process through to delivery and payment
• Source new sales opportunities and expand the company's client base within your territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Maintain expert knowledge of our product inventory and specifications
• Monitor market competition and best practices to provide the best service to clients

Required Qualifications

• Kenyan citizen, aged 25 years or above
• Proven passion for sales with a track record of achieving targets
• Self-starter able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Adept at identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
• Organized with strong record-keeping abilities
• Own and proficient with an Android smartphone
