Field Program Officer (4 Positions)

Required Qualifications: - Must be below 30 years of age - Must be residing in Kitengela or surrounding areas - Must own a personal laptop - Must have basic IT skills, including data entry and use of digital platforms - Must be available to start immediately - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, learners and school staff - Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding parents and learners onto the Wallet as a Service (WAAS) platform. - Supporting parents and learners on payment and system-related issues. - Daily scanning of learner tags/wristbands during lunch service. - Assisting in stock monitoring. Supporting monitoring visits, partner engagements and official school visits as required.
