Farmer Communication & Sensitisation Consultant - Eldoret at agriBORA

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. agriBORA is seeking qualified, creative, and impact-driven professionals to strengthen how we communicate our services to smallholder farmers across Kenya. This short-term consultancy focuses on designing a clear, practical, farmer-first communication strategy and materials for our Spot Trading and agriGHALA (Store & Optimize) solutions. Key Deliverables: - Farmer & buyer onboarding guides (print + digital) - Infographics & visual explainers - Warehouse posters & signage - Process maps & operational communication tools - Complete, field-validated communications toolkit Requirements: - 5–10 years’ experience in strategic communications, BCC, or agricultural extension - Strong understanding of Kenya’s cereal value chains & smallholder ecosystems - Graphic design capability (or access to a designer) - Full professional proficiency in English & Kiswahili - Proven ability to create simple, actionable materials for rural audiences Check how your CV aligns with this job
