About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an English Lecturer.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or TESOL/TEFL (Master's degree is an added advantage)
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL teaching certification
• Proven experience teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language at college, university, or high school level

Key Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of second language acquisition theories and practical application in teaching
• Experience teaching academic writing, communication skills, and exam preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge exams)
• Excellent research and critical thinking skills
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet frequently occurring deadlines
• Flexibility to work per the institution's schedule
