## Title: Driver (2 Positions)

Kibabii University College is expanding its transport team and seeking two experienced drivers to join a dynamic workforce.

Drive motor vehicles as authorized
Ensure safety of passengers and/or goods during transport
Maintain cleanliness and security of assigned vehicles both on and off the road
Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks including cooling, oil, electrical, brake systems, and tire pressure
Carry out minor mechanical repairs including oiling and greasing
Detect and report malfunctioning vehicle systems promptly
Maintain work tickets for assigned vehicles
Ensure vehicles have necessary documentation and relevant repair tools
Schedule and ensure timely vehicle servicing

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with mean grade D+ or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Valid driving license with no current endorsements for the class(es) of vehicle to be driven
Minimum three (3) years of service in Driver II Grade AD 3 position or comparable role
Passed Occupational Trade Test Grade II
Public Service Vehicle (PSV) certificate
Defensive Driving Certificate from Automobile Association (AA) of Kenya or equivalent from a recognized institution
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from Kenya Police Service
First Aid Certificate from a recognized institution (minimum one week course)
Current Refresher Course for drivers from a recognized institution (minimum one week, completed within the last three years)
