## Title: Direct Sales Executive – Home Broadband
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive customer acquisition and sales growth in the home broadband sector across the Nairobi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with customer acquisition and onboarding processes, including KYC requirements and customer education on service top-ups
- Collaborate with Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in assigned area
- Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding
- Recover devices from non-compliant customers
- Provide first-level support with on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues
- Escalate customer and network issues that cannot be resolved at first level
- Conduct daily collation of target achievement
- Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
- Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required
- Monitor and report on competitor activities
- Provide customer insights and identify products or services that meet customer needs
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives including road shows, estate activations, and mall promotions
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of outdoor sales experience (preferably in the telecom industry, but not mandatory)
- Commercial acumen with understanding of the competition landscape, devices, packages, and commission schemes
- Tech savvy with knowledge of solutions across both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services
- Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
