## Title: Direct Sales Executive - Home Broadband (Kisumu)
About the Role
This vacancy presents an opportunity to join a leading organization as a Direct Sales Executive focused on home broadband services in the Kisumu market.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with customer acquisition and onboarding processes, including KYC verification and customer education on top-up services
- Collaborate with your Line Manager to develop, execute, and monitor sales initiatives in your assigned area
- Track adherence to SLAs on acquisition and onboarding
- Recover devices from non-compliant customers
- Provide first-level support with on-ground troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues
- Escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved at first level
- Escalate network issues to appropriate teams
- Compile daily target achievement reports
- Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
- Prepare dashboards for weekly management reviews
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as required
- Monitor and report on competitor activities
- Provide customer insights and identify products or services that meet their needs
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing initiatives including road shows, estate activations, and mall promotions
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of outdoor sales experience (preferably in the telecom industry, though not mandatory)
- Commercial acumen with understanding of the competitive landscape, devices offered, packages, and commission schemes
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of solutions across 5G and Fixed Wireless Services
- Resilience and ability to deliver against stretch targets
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
