## Title: Direct Sales Agent - Nyahuhuru

About the Role

Our client in the Telecommunications sector is seeking a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to market and sell company products and services to customers in a professional manner. This position reports to the Shop Team Leader and requires adherence to finance controls, processes, and policies governing retail operations.

Job Purpose

To drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence in a retail telecommunications environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales against targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices
  • Monitor inventory and consignment stock to ensure accurate balance of inventory movements and physical stock daily
  • Manage daily cash float and account for daily sales
  • Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies to increase sales
  • Provide technical support to customers, particularly on data device configuration

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
