About the Role
Our client in the Telecommunications sector is seeking a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to market and sell company products and services to all customers in a professional manner. This role reports to the Shop Team Leader and requires adherence to finance controls, processes, and policies that encompass the retail operations mandate.
Job Purpose
To market and sell company products and services to all customers in a professional manner while maintaining compliance with all financial controls and retail operation guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales targets for Airtime, Acquisitions, and Devices
- Monitor inventory and consignment stock for accurate balance of inventory movements and daily physical stock counts
- Manage daily cash float and account for daily sales
- Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies to drive increased sales
- Offer technical support to customers, especially on configuration of data devices
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
