Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and functionality of all digital platforms, including the hospital's website, social media pages, and online listings
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, online engagement, and conversion to hospital visits
- Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO compliance, and user-friendly navigation
- Create, design, and publish high-quality digital content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with the hospital's branding and communication objectives
- Analyze and monitor digital performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
- Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries and concerns, ensuring excellent digital customer service
- Collaborate with internal departments to promote hospital services, events, and health awareness campaigns through digital channels
- Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends and tools to continuously enhance the hospital's online presence
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare sector
