Digital Marketer

This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. - We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer to generate qualified leads and support 10% month-on-month revenue growth. - The successful candidate will manage digital campaigns, optimise online channels, and ensure marketing activity contributes directly to real, billable business opportunities Key Responsibilities: - Generate qualified leads for business development teams Plan, launch, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising  - Track and report lead generation performance and ROI .Collaborate with Business Development and Client Services teams to convert leads into active clients - Support brand visibility, positioning, and market engagement KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) - Number of qualified leads generated - Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate - Campaign ROI and cost per lead - Contribution of digital leads to signed contracts - Website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance Required Qualifications: & EXPERIENCE - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing or lead generation - Experience in financial services, fintech, B2B, or collections sector is an advantage - Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics
