Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to improve brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Create and manage engaging content across digital platforms (social media, website, blogs, videos, graphics).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns using performance data.
- Manage and grow social media platforms, including paid advertising campaigns.
- Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO and search engine rankings.
- Maintain and enhance the company's online brand reputation.
- Manage, update, and monitor website performance and content.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience in website management, updates, content maintenance, and performance monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, analytics, and paid advertising.
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize using data insights.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar).
- Self-driven, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
