Key Responsibilities: include: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives - Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) - Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts - Plan and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media promotions) - Manage website content updates and support basic SEO initiatives - Monitor online inquiries, reviews, and customer engagement, ensuring timely responses - Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools - Support online promotions, campaigns, and brand partnerships - Coordinate with operations and sales teams to promote services and events - Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing or social media management - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital trends - Experience with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) - Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar) - Familiarity with SEO, website management, and email marketing is an added advantage - Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills - Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports - Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
