About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Dermatologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and execute comprehensive treatment plans for various dermatological conditions, including cosmetic and aesthetic procedures (peels, lasers, micro-needling)
• Deliver a range of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, micro-needling, acne management, and pigmentation treatments
• Provide professional skin consultations, offering expert guidance on treatment protocols, skincare routines, and product recommendations tailored to client needs
• Review and approve all products and treatments used in the clinic, offering expert advice on the formulation, safety, and effectiveness of cosmetic products in collaboration with product development teams
• Educate clients comprehensively on their skin conditions, prescribed procedures, and post-treatment care, and address customer concerns while following up on outcomes to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client medical and treatment records
• Ensure all clinical procedures strictly comply with established medical standards, regulatory requirements, and rigorous hygiene protocols
• Monitor the clinic's overall compliance with dermatology, cosmetic treatment, and safety standards to uphold high quality control
• Participate actively in the creation of educational content (articles, expert tips, videos) to support marketing efforts and brand visibility
• Provide scientific guidance for marketing claims to maintain brand integrity and represent the brand credibly in professional forums, events, and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBChB/MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology
• Valid practicing license from the relevant medical board/council
• Minimum 2-5 years of clinical dermatology experience, preferably in a cosmetic or aesthetic environment
• Training in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology
