Deputy Principal – Senior School

Working closely with the Principal, the Deputy Principal will contribute to driving the school’s vision, strengthening teaching and learning outcomes, and fostering a safe, high-performing, and values-based learning environment. Key focus areas include: - Academic leadership and curriculum oversight - Teacher mentorship, coaching, and performance management - Student discipline and positive school culture - Strategic planning and policy implementation - Stakeholder engagement with parents and the wider community - Governance, compliance, and administrative leadership
