Position Overview: - We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Head (Pastoral) to lead all pastoral systems across Early Years, Primary, Secondary and A Level. Reporting to the Principal and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role is central to safeguarding, student wellbeing, behaviour, inclusion and parental engagement. - The successful candidate will oversee whole- school pastoral policies, safeguarding frameworks and student support systems, fostering a caring, inclusive and values-driven school culture where every learner is supported to thrive. - The appointed candidate will take up the role in August 2026, playing a key role in strengthening pastoral provision and supporting a smooth transition into the new academic year.
