About the Role
The Deputy Director, Corporate Communications is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of corporate communication, public relations activities, product marketing, and customer experience strategies. This role focuses on developing policies, systems, and initiatives that enhance brand value, increase institutional visibility, drive the sustainability agenda, support corporate social investment, facilitate stakeholder engagement, ensure service quality assurance, and manage reputational risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and review corporate communications policies, strategies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Lead the conceptualization, ideation, planning, and implementation of corporate communication, branding, and public relations strategies
- Oversee the management of annual events to promote stakeholder engagement and publicize institutional activities, including stakeholder engagement forums
- Spearhead the development, packaging, and production of communication briefs and publications for internal and external use
- Lead all media campaign engagements for the institution in liaison with respective divisions to drive brand visibility and uptake of products and services
- Oversee all internal and external communications to ensure information consistency across the institution
- Spearhead the organization's corporate social investment initiatives and sustainability agenda
