## Title: Customer Support Field Engineer
Education
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications with strong field operations and data centre support exposure
- At least 4 years' experience in fixed infrastructure, VoIP, Transmission, and IP environments
- Proven experience in DWDM/OTN/WDM/SDH environments
- Hands-on experience with data centre systems, including power, cooling, patching, and cross-connect management
- Demonstrated ability to manage network inventory, spares, and documentation systems
