Credit Controller

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: - Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers. - Set and review credit limits in line with company policies. - Issue invoices and statement accurately and on time. - Follow up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, and visits. - Maintain proper records of customer accounts and reconciliations. - Prepare monthly aging reports and recommend actions for delinquent accounts - Liaise with sales and customer service team on credit and collection matters. - Assist in developing and enforcing credit control policies and procedures. - Support external audits and management reporting on receivables. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. - CPA Part 2 or above preferred. - Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in credit control or accounts receivables, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing. - Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems). - Gross salary: ksh 65,000
