We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Purpose: - The Courier Escort will be responsible for ensuring client parcels are collected and delivered promptly, securely and in good condition, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance with company policies. Primary Responsibilities: - Collect and deliver client parcels accurately and on time - Handle parcels safely to prevent damage, loss or misrouting - Ensure correct completion and use of waybills, gadgets and barcodes - Maintain accurate delivery and collection records - Provide professional customer service and represent the company positively - Report any operational issues or field developments promptly - Comply with company policies, procedures and safety requirements Requirements: (to be attached) - Handwritten Application Letter - Two (2) colored passport size photographs (not more than six months old) - National Identity card - (Minimum age 24-35 yrs) - Form 4 KNEC Certificate or Form 4 Result Slip (if you have just completed) (Mean Grade D+, English C-, Maths D) Secondary School Leaving Certificate - Computer Certificate - Certificate of Good Conduct (Not More Than 6 Months from Date of Issue) - National Social Security Fund (NSSF) card - Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF) card - Personal Identification Number (PIN) Certificate Other academic and professional certificates - Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) Clearance Certificate or Statement for Graduates - Discharge certificate in case of ex-NYS (if applicable) - Letter of Separation and Certificate of Service in case of ex-employee of another security company - Letter from the Sub Chief from your rural home with mailing address and telephone contacts - Letters from three referees with their full addresses and telephone contacts (e.g. doctor, priest/pastor, lawyer) - Detailed sketch maps to your residences rural and urban (including clear landmarks and distances)
